How do you know when you found the one

Finding the one can be an elusive pursuit, and it’s normal to feel unsure about whether someone is truly the right person for you. Here are some signs that you may have found the one:

  • You feel a deep connection

When you’re with the person, you feel like you’re on the same wavelength. You understand each other on a deep level, and you can be yourself around them without fear of judgment.

  • You share similar values and goals

You and the person share similar values and have similar goals for the future. This can include things like wanting to start a family, pursuing a certain career path, or traveling the world.

  • You have good communication

You and the person communicate well and are able to talk about your feelings openly and honestly. You feel heard and understood when you express yourself, and you’re able to work through conflicts in a healthy way.

  • You have fun together

You and the person enjoy spending time together, whether it’s doing something adventurous or just relaxing at home. You make each other laugh and feel happy and fulfilled.

  • You feel supported

The person supports you in your goals and dreams, and you feel like you can rely on them when you need help or advice. You’re also willing to support them in their own pursuits.

  • You have physical chemistry

There’s a strong physical attraction between you and the person, and you feel a sense of intimacy and connection when you’re together.

  • You feel a sense of peace

When you’re with the person, you feel a sense of calm and contentment. You’re not constantly questioning your feelings or worrying about the future, because you feel confident in your relationship.

Ultimately, the decision of whether someone is the one for you is a personal one that only you can make. However, if you feel like you have a deep connection, share similar values and goals, communicate well, have fun together, feel supported, have physical chemistry, and feel a sense of peace, it could be a sign that you’ve found someone truly special.
