5 bad workplace habits that make coworkers disgust

Recently, experts revealed that stress is not only bad for your health, but also damages your skin, hair, nails and more. All of your skincare routines are better than relaxing and stress-relieving. Then, instead of enjoying the stress, it is better for the body to relieve it properly. How exactly does stress break you down and make you look 10 years older than your peers? Read on. Stress makes you look older than your age, and research shows that chronic stress and emotional stress can cause chronic cell chromosome shrinkage. So if you’re constantly stressed out, you’ll look much older than your actual age, 10 years older than you really are. You may not be surprised that stress can trigger pimples. The body can raise hormones due to stress, and if you are more stressed, it can lead to skin inflammation and increased oil and acne-prone face. Stress can lead to dark circles. Stress can lead to poor circulation in the body, which means that the eyes are full of “old blood”. Coupled with stress, it can easily lead to poor sleep, and the long-term accumulation of lack of sleep can make you look listless all the time.

Stress causes hair loss or hair growth stops If you are stressed out, your body will stop hair growth in order to maintain overall functional balance. This often results in your hair not only growing slowly, but in some cases starting to fall out, even graying out. Stress can also damage nails. It’s not just people who bite their nails when they’re stressed out. Even if you never bite your nails, your nails can fall off, become brittle, or have no white crescent moon if you are constantly in a state of emotional tension.
