As part of its commitment to mental health, AIA Life Insurance has created a garden to facilitate mental well-being in daily life. Through participation in the 2024 Seoul International Garden Expo, the insurer offers Seoul residents an opportunity to reconnect with nature and reflect on the significance of healthy living.

Mental Health Support Initiatives

AIA Life Insurance continues its efforts to support mental health, particularly for children and adolescents. The insurer sponsors creative film festivals, empowering children to express their dreams through movies. Additionally, it provides emotional support and organizes activities such as music concerts and art therapy for children with pediatric cancer, as well as offering assistance to socially marginalized individuals.

Last year, AIA Life Insurance hosted an event for children with pediatric cancer and their families, featuring football star Son Heung-min, the insurer’s promotional ambassador, and an art therapy program.

Expanding its reach beyond children, AIA Life Insurance initiated the Youth Mental Health project in 2022 to support young people. The insurer also extends support to teenagers transitioning out of shelters, offering scholarships, emotional support, and mentorship programs.

A spokesperson for AIA Life Insurance expressed their commitment to promoting healthier, longer, better lives for diverse members of society. The insurer pledges to continue efforts to foster physical, mental, and social health, striving to lead individuals towards a truly meaningful and healthy life.

Through its comprehensive approach to mental health advocacy, AIA Life Insurance is making significant strides in supporting individuals of all ages to achieve optimal well-being and lead fulfilling lives.
