Don’t Let 9 Habits Ruin Your Career

The gap between people is always distinguished by some small points. You may think that many bad habits do not matter, but in the eyes of leaders and colleagues, that is how you think about you. Over time, everyone will give you a different opinion in their hearts. Good positioning, so be sure to pay attention to your speaking habits, correct them as soon as possible, and don’t let them ruin your career path. Don’t be the 5 most unpromising people in the workplace

  1. Withhold information. Don’t feel that withholding first-hand information in the office gives you an edge or an edge over others.
  2. Never praise others in moderation. If it’s hard for you to open your mouth to compliment others, it’s probably hard for others to compliment you. If there is no praise from others on the road of promotion, you know how difficult it is to go.
  3. Possession of honor that does not belong to oneself. In the face of a team’s success, overestimating one’s own role is the thing that annoys the surrounding colleagues (including the boss) the most
  4. Make excuses. Making excuses for your own mistakes is a sign of incompetence, and it will only show you that you are someone who is unwilling to take responsibility. And don’t forget, your excuses, no matter how reasonable, can’t make up for mistakes.
  5. Holding on to past achievements. Past grades belong only to the past, it cannot represent your present ability, nor can it be an excuse when you criticize others.
  6. Only use the way you like. Don’t be too self-centered, you have to look at the people around you, is it unfair to others to choose only the way you like?
  7. Refuse to express remorse. Expressing your remorse is a manifestation of daring to face mistakes and be responsible for what you have done.
  8. Never listen. Not listening well when others are speaking is a very passive gesture of resistance and shows how disrespectful you are to the other person.
  9. Will not express gratitude. People who can’t say “thank you” are undoubtedly the most rude people in the world.
