How to control each other’s psychology in social

Mastering each other’s psychology is a common method of social interaction. For example, listening is a good way. The more you listen, the smarter you will become, the more people will like you, and the better you will become a conversation partner. 1. Understand people and human nature The first step in improving interpersonal communication and mastering successful interpersonal skills is to correctly understand people and human nature.

Understanding people and human nature can be summed up simply as:

  1. “Identify people according to their essence”, “Identify people in their shoes”, and don’t look at others with your own eyes, let alone impose your will on others. People are interested in themselves first, not in you! In other words – a person cares about himself ten thousand times more than he cares about you. Recognizing that people care about themselves first, not you, is the key to life.
  2. How to talk smartly with people When you talk to people, choose the topics that interest them the most. What is the topic they are most interested in? It is themselves! Take these words out of your dictionary – “I, myself, mine.” Replace it with another word, one of the most powerful words in human language – “you”. It doesn’t matter if you are interested in the conversation, what matters is whether your audience is interested in the conversation. When you talk to people, talk about them and lead them to talk about themselves. That way you can be a favorite conversation partner.
  3. How to subtly make others feel important One of the most common characteristics of human beings is the desire to be recognized, the desire to be understood. Are you willing to thrive in relationships? Well, try to make others aware of their importance. Remember, the more important you make people feel about yourself, the more others will give you in return.
  4. How to subtly agree with others Never forget that any fool can oppose others, but only the wise and the great will agree – especially when the other party makes mistakes! “The art of agreeing” can be summarized as the following 5 points: 1. Learn to agree and agree Recognition 2. When you agree with others, please say it 3. When you disagree, don’t tell them unless you have to 4. When you make a mistake, be brave to admit 5. Avoid arguing The more people listen, the smarter you will become, the more people you will like, and the better conversation partner you will become. Of course, being a good listener is not an easy task, here I have 5 suggestions for reference: 1. Keep an eye on the speaker 2. Get close to the speaker and listen intently 3. Ask questions 4. Don’t interrupt the speaker Topic 5. Use the speaker’s personal pronouns – “you” and “your”
  5. How to Subtly Influence People The first step in getting people to do what you want is to find out what motivates them to do it (ie what they want). Talk to others about what they want to hear and they will be moved. You simply explain to them that after doing what you ask them to do, they can get what they want. The way to “know what people think” is: ask more, observe more, listen more, and work hard on your own.
  6. How to persuade others subtly When you say something in your favor, people usually doubt you and what you say, which is a manifestation of human instinct. A better way to do this is: instead of expounding directly, quote someone else and let someone else do the talking for you, even if those people aren’t there. Therefore, speak through the mouth of a third person.
