Keep the peace of mind and maintain a healthy mind

Don’t lose your temper during the interview
  1. Change your mind. We should strive to establish a correct educational thought, establish a correct view of students, strengthen exchanges and communication with students, and be good at discovering students’ bright spots. Teachers should focus on improving their self-cultivation, learn to decompress themselves, and learn to tolerate students. In this way, you can gradually form a healthy mind.
  2. Self-knowledge. While many people think they know themselves, they don’t actually know themselves well. Or overestimate yourself and be too confident; or underestimate yourself and be too inferior. Both of these aspects can deprive a person of opportunities for self-development and success. Therefore, our teachers must learn to understand themselves from various aspects and channels, and learn to extract real feedback about themselves from the surrounding world. Paying attention to objective evaluation is the key to healthy psychology.
  3. Participate in education and teaching reform. If society wants to make continuous progress, it must continue to reform, and the same is true of education. Improve teaching, keep improving, and accept new ways of others, keep accepting new things. While improving our career level and life taste; while students grow and succeed, we should also continue to grow and succeed, experience the joy of life and cheer for our own lives.
  4. Keep practicing. It is to devote yourself to the classroom and to the students. Engage in work with emotion, integrate into students, always maintain a childlike innocence in educational practice, have a positive attitude, and treat work with a healthy mentality.
  5. Read constantly. We should treat reading as a necessary life content like washing our face, brushing our teeth and eating every day, and enjoy the happiness in reading, so as to adjust our mentality. You can wander in the corridor of human spiritual civilization, look forward to the future while touching the history, and feel the world while inquiring about the soul. This is not a good way to keep yourself healthy and mentally healthy!
  6. Keep writing. The so-called writing is actually the process of collecting and accumulating one’s own educational minerals, that is, the process of summarizing and refining one’s own educational and teaching wisdom and art. Through writing bit by bit every day, accumulating education and teaching experience, improving one’s theoretical literacy, and making oneself grow rapidly, so as to adjust one’s own mentality and maintain a healthy mentality.
