How to be yourself? Help yourself even in uncomfortable situations

Have you ever met a type of person who, depending on the circumstances, becomes someone else entirely? Maybe they’re humble in a conference room, but when they’re with a group of friends, they’re sarcastic, judging, But when they are with people who are important to them, they become very insecure and want to be recognized. When the other party has finished talking about their own thoughts, you come back to your senses and then express your rebuttal. When they speak, you can intuitively feel each other’s gaze and presence, while others have absolutely no idea what you are thinking. So try to be more positive in your communication and interactions. Be an active listener and give your full attention.
