The distance between people can reflect your relationship

What do we need to pay attention to in normal interpersonal relationships? How is the relationship between the other party and you? You can distinguish it by the distance you maintain with the other party. Different distances can also reflect the relationship between the two parties. Ask the experts today to tell us about the distance of interpersonal relationships in detail. Human relationships can be judged by eight distances:

Advertisements
  1. Close distance – proximity type (0.15 meters)

This is the distance that is kept for caressing, fighting, comforting, protecting, and the distance that the two sides have when they are closest to each other. At this time, the role of language is very small.

  1. Close distance-closer type (0.15~0.45 meters)

This is the distance that a hand can reach the opponent. It is the distance between close companions; it is also the distance between people in a crowded tram.

  1. Individual distance – proximity type (0.45~0.75 meters)

This is the distance from being able to hug or grab each other. The expression on the other side is clear at a glance. It is natural for a man’s wife to be in this position, while other girls in this distance are prone to misunderstandings.

  1. Individual distance – slightly close (0.75~1.20 meters)

This is the distance that both parties can reach when they reach out their hands at the same time.

  1. Social distance – proximity type (1.20~2.10 meters)

This is beyond the boundaries of physical contact, and it is a distance between colleagues when working. Keeping this distance makes people have an elegant and solemn temperament.

  1. Social distancing – distance type (2.10~3.60 meters)

This is a distance that is maintained for the convenience of work, so that you can work without being influenced by others without causing trouble to others. When couples are at home, they can keep this distance and not interfere with each other.

  1. Public distance – proximity type (3.6~7.5 meters)

If the distance of about 4 meters is maintained, it means that there are many problems or ideas to be solved and exchanged between the speaker and the hearer.

  1. Public distance – distance type (above 7.5 meters)

This is a distance used when speaking, without disturbing each other. If you can keep the above 8 distances in mind, you can accurately and smoothly judge the relationship and closeness of your relationship with the other party.

The above is the introduction of “interpersonal distance” for reference only. Distance reflects interpersonal relationships to a large extent, we should pay attention to it, and never express the wrong meaning.
