  4.Improve nutrition and ensure children’s sleep.Families can appropriately carry out cultural and sports activities to achieve a combination of work and rest.

  5.Ask teachers to reduce the amount of homework,avoid the tactics of the sea,and use the scientific review method to improve the learning efficiency.

  6.Cultivate children’s good personality and encourage children to dare to challenge.Often admonish children to”win without pride and defeat”,cultivate children’s strong will and perseverance,teach children some good ways to behave in the world,and be good at overcoming difficulties.
