The freshman has been living in the school for almost a month. I wonder if everyone has adapted to the new living environment and learning environment. In recent years, falling in love on college campuses has already become a fashion, and fundamental changes have taken place. The phenomenon of “breaking up after graduation” is not uncommon and not surprising. According to the survey, at present, the post-90s have a more realistic view of marriage and love than the post-80s, and the cycle is increasing every 5 years. That is, reality is inversely proportional to the year of birth. Most of the campus romances choose a happy lifestyle to get rid of loneliness. Whether they need parental approval also decreases with age. This means that their attitude towards choosing to fall in love tends to be more practical. Experts believe that the emotional education of students at all levels and types of education in my country is particularly lacking, and it is almost blank. Some colleges and universities offer relevant elective courses, and most of them are full. In many foreign schools, the intimate relationship courses offered from the junior high school stage not only allow students to learn to get along with others, but also accumulate experience for marriage and love as adults. In practice, some older young people are not good at interacting with the opposite sex, and they are not clear about their role in the marriage partner, mostly because they have not experienced and received relevant education.
  2. Learn to overcome low self-esteem of attention. This kind of failure to guide living conditions makes students pay more attention to material life than to learning knowledge when they come to a school in a big city, resulting in a misplaced focus. Especially when some rural children first arrived in big cities and entered a university campus with a completely different living environment from their families, the huge contrast in conditions will make them feel strongly and psychologically uncomfortable. For example, some students do not know how to use the “All-in-One Card” and are embarrassed to ask, so they have to self-isolate. Due to poor families, some students are sensitive and lack self-reliance and self-improvement actions, and they are unwilling to let their classmates know that they would rather be frugal in the details of life such as food and clothing, rather than accept the help of the school and classmates, resulting in psychological poverty. .
  3. Learn to adjust to psychological conflicts
    The psychological characteristics of the post-90s generation generally show that they are very self-conscious and face more psychological confusion, anxiety and conflict. Guiding students to resolve their own psychological conflicts is conducive to their healthy growth after entering the university. To this end, first, parents and the society should guide and cultivate the ability to live independently. In college, learn to take responsibility for your own behavior. In particular, it is necessary to carefully understand the admission manual issued by the school to new students. It is very helpful for new students to accept the new learning and living environment, but the reality is that many students do not care. The second is to broaden the horizons. Different from the basic education stage where all students focus their energy on studying and taking exams, university is a transition period before students enter the society and needs to be exposed to the society, learn to analyze and judge, and avoid confusing right and wrong and following the trend. The third is to learn to accept help. Most colleges and universities will conduct psychological tests on freshmen and provide assistance to those in need, while some students will refuse. In fact, teenagers are very resilient, and if they have a problem, they can get over it with just a little help. Especially for poor students who enter higher education and study hard, various funding policies of the state and the school will help them complete their studies, and they should not have an excessive psychological burden at all. This is one of the ways to debug your own psychology.
